I'm Katie, a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Pre and Post-Natal fitness. As a wife, mom of two girls, and founder of Katie Yovin Fitness and Motherhood Moves in Orange County, California, my passion for fitness began early, alongside a desire to support others on their own fitness journeys.

I find immense joy in helping women gain confidence through their workouts. That's why I created Thrive by Katie, an app designed to support every fitness level, from beginners to advanced.

I'm also dedicated to empowering mothers during pregnancy and postpartum with Motherhood Moves. My goal is to help moms stay active, healthy, and confident throughout their journey into motherhood.

My purpose is clear: I want to inspire people, especially moms, to transform their lives through sustainable, enjoyable healthy habits. No quick fixes or extremes—just realistic changes that seamlessly fit into your daily routine!
