Our postpartum program is designed to help you slowly ease back into a fitness routine, with a focus on restoring the pelvic floor and addressing concerns like diastasis recti, rather than jumping straight into intense workouts. For some, this may begin as early as 1 week postpartum, while for others, it might be closer to 6 weeks. It’s important to listen to your body and consult with your healthcare provider to determine the best time for you to start.

  • The recipes in the Motherhood Moves membership are designed to be family-friendly, and many of them are favorites in my own home. A lot of the recipes are also freezer-friendly, making them ideal for postpartum meal prep. This way, you can have healthy, convenient meals ready to go when you need them most.
