BREAKFAST INSPIRATION.

PROTEIN PANCAKES

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1 egg

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (my favorite linked here - code KATIEYOVIN)

  • handful of old fashioned oats (around 1/4 to 1/2 cup)

  • toppings: plain greek yogurt, nut butter of choice, drizzle of maple syrup, fresh berries

    DIRECTIONS:

    Mash banana and add in remaining ingredients, stir. Cook in a skillet over medium heat and add toppings of choice!

WILD BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup wild frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop protein powder (my favorite linked here - code KATIEYOVIN)

  • water or milk of choice

  • 1 TBSP flax, chia, or hemp seeds

  • handful of ice

    DIRECTIONS:

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice or liquid as needed!

EGG BITES

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup cheese of choice, shredded

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • chives, chopped for sprinkling on top

    DIRECTIONS:

    Mix together eggs and cottage cheese until thoroughly combined. Add in remaining ingredients. Scoop mixture into a lined muffin tin and sprinkle with chives on top. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes in a 350 degree F oven. Store in the fridge or freezer!
