Breakfast Crunch Wrap Supreme
6 eggs + 1/4 cup egg whites
Salt + Pepper
4 slices of Bacon, chopped
4 frozen hash browns (or 2 potatoes shaved and cooked)
4 tortillas
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Scramble the eggs, cook the bacon and hashbrowns. Place in 4 burrito sized tortillas and fold up into a crunchwrap shape by folding the tortilla 6 ways.
On a hot skillet, spray with avocado spray and put the fold side down until the tortilla is browned and it keeps it shape.
Wrap in Parchment Paper and keep in fridge for 3-4 days or freezer.
Serve with avocado + salsa or hot sauce!
